Fairey Tales

Fairey Tales is a fictional exhibition about the life of Shepard Fairey, an American graphic designer and street artist. Commonly known for his ‘Andre the Giant Has a Posse’ (OBEY) sticker campaign and his Barack Obama ‘Hope’ poster, Shepard Fairey’s distinctive street art style, a combination of elements of graffiti, pop art, business art and Marxist theory, makes him one of the most influential street artist of our time. He enjoys working with the colour black, white and red. In this project, a poster and merchandises are created to promote this exhibition.
